SCOPE OF THE APPRAISAL

The scope of the Virtual Appraiser report encompasses search and analysis, by computer application, of the Home Pro, Inc. data base. Accordingly, the report is prepared, and intended, for restricted use. The limitations of the reporting procedure (no physical inspection of the target property) require its use be restricted to the end user only. Subject property data was based on information supplied by the end user of the VA. No physical inspection of the property interior or exterior has been conducted. No plans or specifications were provided or employed. The Home Pro, Inc. data base was compiled from public, and multiple listing company records. Comparable properties were selected based on data base and computer application parameters.

The photographs used in this analysis, if any, were taken from the Home Pro, Inc. data base.
